As a Canadian-based small business, we take pride in producing conscious, respectful and ethically-made clothing in our hometown in southern Brasil. Before making a purchase, please feel free to reach out to us via email if you have any questions about a particular item.

Shipping

Products are typically shipped out within two business days. Upon shipment, a tracking information email will be sent to you.

Free shipping for orders within Canada and the United States. Standard shipping timelines are between 5 to 8 business days.

Please note that some exclusions may apply, and free shipping is only available for orders shipped within Canada and the US using our standard shipping service. If you have any questions about our shipping and returns policy, please feel free to contact us.

Returns and Exchanges

We put great thought into every piece we make and we want you to love your purchase from Ocre, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange by emailing us at contact@ocreatelier.ca. We ask that all items be returned in their original condition with tags attached, unworn and unwashed or altered. We reserve the right to refuse any items that show signs of wear or damage.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the entire return process and also the generated return costs or fees.

In order to process a return, please proceed as follow:

1. E-mail us at contact@ocreatelier.ca indicating your name and order number.

2. Please pack the unworn piece with the original tags and packaging. The returned article should be in perfect condition.

3. Please email us the tracking number when you ship back your order.

All sales are final after 7 days. Orders returned after 7 days will be sent back to you at your expense.

Please note that the original purchase price will be refunded.

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

Please note that Ocre is not responsible for any applicable duty fees, which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon delivery.
